Little Barn is an intimate hideaway, perfect for couples looking for cosy and characterful accommodation close to beaches and Dartmoor National Park. The one-bedroom barn conversion with wood-burner provides all you need for a romantic retreat. In addition, there’s a glazed chill-out room in a charming, single-storey building next door, which also provides a utility room with full laundry facilities and an additional toilet and shower. There is also a 0.5 acre garden with orchard and picnic spot

Sunset lodge is set in magical wooded surroundings overlooking fields with a stunning view to Burgh Island . Sunset Lodge is designed for 1 or 2 guests, with a super King size bed ,a comfortable living area & a kitchen. The Lodge offers complete privacy, great views and easy walks to the sea and the South coast footpath. There is a large decking with a dining area . Please note to find Sunset Lodge we are in the grounds of Aune Cross house which is just pass the Aune cross lodge property .

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.
