There are two bedrooms: the primary and a second bedroom room (that we use as a dressing room) both are small rooms with deluxe memory foam Murphy beds - both with attached full bathrooms. Special note: this is our full-time home. We live here and our personal things remain here throughout your stay. Please think of yourself as close friends who have come for a visit - we’ll do the same!

LINCOLN PARK GEM ON CAPITOL HILL

Located just 1 block west of Lincoln Park (closer to the U.S. Capitol) this English basement apartment is located on a lovely row of townhouses, within walking distance to Union Station and Eastern Market Metros. A popular Coffee shop (Wine and Butter) is steps away on Lincoln Park, restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk or prepare meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen and dine in. Guest have access to a washer/dryer. A Guest pass for street parking is available with advance notice.

DC Cozy. Kitchen, W/D: Walkable!

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away. We have one queen bed and provide upto 2 rollaway, one airmattress, and one futon. Message us for custom requests and we’d love to discuss options.

This quiet carriage house is nestled in one of DC’s prettiest neighborhoods. It’s within walking distance to the Capitol dome, the Supreme Court, Libraries of Congress, the Eastern Market metro station, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more. It’s a clean, modern, climate controlled studio apartment with a queen sized bed, efficiency style kitchenette, washer and dryer, and bathroom. It has its own entrance, separated from the main house by a courtyard.

The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, full private kitchen, laundry, queen bed and fold out couch, private entry/bathroom. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.
