Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Across the road, there is a small store for basic groceries, also there are other options close to us like green markets.

The couch in the living room can easily be transformed into a bed and thus accommodate one additional person. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small building whith big terrace and surrounded by a cultivated garden.
