Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα ή οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά.Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μεγάλο ψυγείο με κατάψυξη και μεγάλη ηλεκτρική κουζίνα. Επίσης διαθέτει TV και Α/C και ψησταριά.
