It has its own separate entrance, front patio area and parking. With outstanding views over rolling hills and farmland, Beech Lynette is on the border of North Yorkshire, Lancashire and the southern point of the Lake District yet just a 5 minute drive from the M6 motorway.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.
