Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The beautiful apartment provides the ultimate romantic break for 2 within a stones throw of the city. The Folly has incredible views in all directions, looking out for miles across Devon.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
