Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. Hillcrest is situated in the very front row of properties on Tregonhawke Cliff, giving spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Whitsand Bay panorama and a real sense of seclusion from the outside world. There is electric heating throughout and also a log burner for those days when you want to sit back and watch the storms roll in off the Atlantic. The property’s secluded location means it is only accessible via footpaths down the cliff with uneven sections. Sturdy footwear is required.
