The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Occupying a prime position within easy reach of the village and all it has to offer, but equally set back enough to enjoy a peaceful break! The apartment is fully equipped & has free Wi-Fi. Excellent walks on the door step. Please note: The parking is not adjacent to the flat, the parking is located approximately 100 metres away.

Catch the ferry over to Teignmouth for a change of scene or walk over via the bridge. Shaldon is the perfect place for a taste of beach life; paddle boarding, lounging on the sands and sailing. The nearby Moors beckon for walking and wild life and the town of Totnes isn't far for dipping your toe into bohemian life.

The annex is a self-contained apartment below our house, comprising a comfortable open-plan living area, with bifold doors opening on to a patio and garden area, with a view of the Teign estuary. A kitchenette area contains a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink unit, all of which can be shut off when not in use. The dining space has a foldaway table and the bedroom a super-king bed, with a separate dressing area and clothes rail, and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower.
