We are so happy to share the antique charm of our home across the river from downtown and near Ijams Nature Center. An oasis in the middle of all the popular vacation destinations, it is close to downtown Knoxville and all the restaurants, shops, and city attractions. The beautiful stained glass entry doors, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and expansive windows welcome in the private, wooded property. Two bedrooms, new bathrooms, decks, and stylish furnishing will delight you.

1.6 miles to Downtown 2.2 miles to UT Campus 11 miles to TYS Airport Hang out in the Hot Tub, Make s'mores by the fire, then curl up on the memory foam mattress and watch a movie. This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Private Cabin

A wonderful little cabin built around energy efficiency. It's a single bedroom cabin with a queen bed and couch for up to 3 people. The place is very private and has a porch to appreciate the outdoors. The cabin is heated with either a small EPA approved wood stove or propane heater. The stairs within the house are steep and best suited for able bodied individuals. Located between downtown Knoxville and TYS airport, <20 mins from each.
