Beautiful renovated GROUND FLOOR condo in Mountain View Condo resort, right off the Parkway. Located CLOSE to everything! Dollywood, The Island, Ball park, shopping, eating & entertainment. Handicap accessible with 3 ft doors. Walk out the front door and across parking lot to indoor & outdoor pools. Go out patio doors and across parking lot, to enjoy park like setting walking track. Our goal is to have you return time and time again. We take pride in the cleanliness & comfort of our condo.

Riverfront Condo close to all attractions.

River Retreat is a beautiful condo on the river, close to town, and ready for your Smoky Mountain Getaway. We have included everything you need to relax and renew. The condo features a King sized bed with a balcony overlooking the river. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book. The bathroom is spacious with double sinks, a shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The den feautres valuted ceilings with plenty of windows for natural light. Close to town but feels like a world away.

Enjoy this unique and cozy condo exactly 1/2 mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway & 4 miles from Dollywood. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and dinner shows. Beautiful and peaceful setting right by the heart of Pigeon Forge attractions. The private balcony overlooks the river where you can watch or catch fish during your stay. Location is convenient and close to the heart of the attractions and Tanger Outlets right on the same road as the Apple Barn. Enjoy the seasonal pool and river access as well as the gas fireplace. The unit offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bedrooms and two full baths with garden tub in the main bathroom.
