Gailtal Appartements befindet sich in Wertschach, in Kärnten, inmitten einem der schönsten Teile Österreichs.Wir haben für Euch einen der ältesten Bauernhöfe inmitten des 300-Seelen-Ortes geschmackvoll & mit Stil renoviert.Das angenehme Wetter der südlichen Alpen zusammen mit Eurem Appartement in unserem Haus schafft das warme Ambiente für gute Erholung & die Basis für einen stressfreien Urlaub. Das Appartement Sonnenuntergang ist eine komfortable 3-Zimmerwohnung mit großer Küche mit Kachelofen.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Casa vacanze "La Casetta" di Tonazzi

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Apartmán Komfort je přízemní prostorný samostatný apartmán o rozloze 65 m², který je ideální až pro 6 osob (max. 4 dospělí). Nabízí dvě samostatné ložnice, zahradu, parkovací místo a lyžárnu. Apartmán leží v údolí s krásnými výhledy, které uvidíte i při pohledu z oken. Z ložnice vede francouzské okno přímo do zahrady, kde najdete posezení a ohniště. Plánujete-li ubytování pro větší skupinu, je možné si pronajmout apartmány Matschiedl a Matschiedl 2, čímž získáte ubytování až pro 10 osob.

It is also a perfect starting point for those wishing to explore the natural wonders of Tarvisio and its surroundings, or for those wishing to go on an excursion to Austria or Slovenia. The accommodation, recently renovated and characterized by a modern design, is composed of a double bedroom, living room with sofa, kitchen and a complete bathroom.

L'appartamento è situato in Tarvisio Città (centro), posizione bella e tranquilla con giardino condominiale e parcheggio. I campi da sci distano cinque minuti a piedi, vicino alla pista ciclabile, la stazione autobus dista cinque minuti a piedi e la stazione dei treni (2km).
