The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!
