Rosemary's is a hidden gem, peaceful courtyard setting close to beach Its perfect central location only minuets from the shops, restaurants & the beach makes this property a superb family getaway. The property benefits from 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- The price per night is for short breaks. A discount is offered for 7 night or more stay The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.
