Branscombe Holiday Apartment
Our charmingly furnished self catering holiday accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in comfort. Situated in Branscombe village square, close to the local real ale and food pub and a short walk from the beautiful unspoilt beach at Branscombe mouth. During this difficult time my caretaker will be wiping down all hard surfaces thoroughly with anti bacterial disinfectant between guests. The apartment is situated in an area of Devon with many walks where it will be safe to reduce social interaction.

Stanton is a sunny ground floor apartment which looks out onto an attractive garden. It is in a very quiet rural location up a private lane but within 15mins walking distance of the beautiful town and seafront of Lyme Regis. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and sitting area with TV. The bedroom is well furnished with a large shower room adjacent. The terrace is for your private use and overlooks a shared garden area. (Not suitable for guests with mobility problems)

This is a bright, tastefully decorated, private annex with self catering facilities. The living area is well planned to make use of the space; there is a two ring hob and a small convection oven, a fridge freezer, breakfast bar and comfortable sofa with large TV. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage with en-suite bathroom and powerful shower over the bath. Private, enclosed area catches evening sun. A lovely 10-15 minute walk into Lyme along the river.

Less than 1 mile from the South West coast path and the famous surfing beach at Bantham, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 'Driftwood' sleeps two (plus 2 on sofa bed) people in one bedroom. Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive but the apartment is tucked away and private, with it's own large deck and small private garden.
