Delightful Villa in hillside estate, 1 hr to Rome

Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a renaissance town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a modern bathroom on each floor. You can use the washing machine in the common area.

Villa Paesano - Relax nel verde tra Roma e Rieti

Opening Pool 2025 : 3 May - 1 November Villa Paesano ha 4 camere da letto 3 matrimoniali e una con un letto ad una piazza e mezzo, è super attrezzata per famiglie con bambini ma anche per chi vuole godersi una vacanza all'insegna della privacy perchè è immersa nel verde e non ci sono abitazioni nelle immediate vicinanze. La piscina con vista sulla vallata, la cucina super accessoriata, il forno a legna e la zona barbeque vi permetteranno di farvi sentire super coccolati.

Villa con Piscina - Cascata delle Marmore

La villa è ubicata in mezzo al verde della Valnerina, tra colline di uliveti e boschi di macchia mediterranea. La Cascata delle Marmore dista 2,4 dalla proprietà. La struttura è dotata di una bella piscina (5m×10m, profondità 1,5m) inserita in un grande giardino da cui si può godere di un bellissimo panorama, tipico della verde Umbria . La casa, nel retro, ha una zona barbecue di circa 60 mq. La proprietà è dotata delle colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Country House Villa Gigina

Villa Gigina sorge su un terreno di 1000 mq che appartiene alla mia famiglia da generazioni. Ricostruita dopo il terremoto, attualmente la struttura ospita, oltre alla country house, due appartamenti e un laboratorio di ebanisteria e scultura lignea. E' arredata in stile decisamente country, con particolare riferimento al periodo che va dai favolosi anni '20 agli anni '60. Inutile girarci intorno, se ti piace questo stile di arredamento, HAI GIA' SCELTO!

La dimora è situata sulla sponda sud est del lago di Piediluco ed è raggiungibile attraverso una strada immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea. Il parco della proprietà vede fondersi prati all’inglese e bosco mediterraneo. Un’imponente magnolia e un antico pozzo etrusco decorano la zona relax del giardino che dispone inoltre di vasca idromassaggio esterna 5 posti vista lago, accesso esclusivo al lago con pedalò per escursioni e barbecue per grigliate.
