Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Finnhütte lovely small house Berlin

Liebe Gäste, unsere Finnhütte liegt ruhig im Südosten Berlins. Mit dem Auto sind es ca 23 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe finden Sie einige Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Netto die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nur 100 Meter entfernt sind 2 Bushaltestellen mit drei Linien, eine davon fährt direkt zum Flughafen BER. Der S-Bhf Adlershof und die Haltestelle Altglienicke sind bequem in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Penthousewohnung mit Kamin + 220 qm2 Wassergrundstück + Terasse und Gartensauna (Erste Wasserzeile + ruhige Lage) mit Bootsliegeplatz und Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Stand-up Paddle Boards. Entfernung: 7 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Grünau und 20 Min nach Berlin City. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien für 6 Personen. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour in und durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Ich vermiete dieses Zimmer meines Hauses in ruhiger Lage mit Schlafplätzen für jeweils eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Das Sofabett ist 140 cm breit. Küche und Bad nutzen wir gemeinsam. Mein Haus ist in etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg vom S-Bahnhof Zeuthen entfernt. Von dort aus kommt man mit der Bahn in etwa 40 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum von Berlin.

Helle und Ruhige Wohnung in Schönefeld

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserer Hauptstadt. Durch die ruhige Lage und die direkte Anbindung an den ÖPNV (ca. 8 min Fußweg) ist die Wohnung sehr gut auch als Wohnung für Studierende oder für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt geeignet. Die gesamte Unterkunft wurde neu renoviert und eingerichtet.
