Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Am ruhigen Rand Berlins, nahe Flughafen BER, jedoch 40min zum Alexanderplatz, befindet sich unser gemütlichen Mini-Appartment im Souterrain mit seperatem Hauseingang, Küche und Bad. Gartennutzung ist möglich. Eingang hat eigene Adress: Gerosteig no 21. On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.
