This brand new 2-room apartment awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to bus and S-Bahn and very close to BER airport. Nevertheless, the surrounding area is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and of course I provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third guest with the comfortable sofa bed. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Großer Abgeschlossener Wohnbereich (1 Raum mit Badezimmer) in einem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Obergeschoss, mit Badezimmer, Küchenbereich und großer Terrasse. Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.
