Perfect for a (short) getaway for water sports lovers and those looking to relax. Also ideal for work stays, with fast, reliable internet. Bike rental is just around the corner.

The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

The private light-filled loft (with a kingsized bed) is situated very close to the Weesperzijde, the stunning avenue along the river Amstel, lined with lovely cafes and restaurants, numerous houseboats and offering the city’s best sunset views. You can swim nearby in the clean Amstel. Public transport and grocery shops are just around the corner. It’s truly the best spot in town.

Studio in the center of Delft

In the middle of the historic center of Delft is our monumental building located. In the attic this spacious studio is fully furnished. A private bathroom and kitchen are provided. Please note!! You have to climb 3 steep stairs to get to your apartment. We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases. Because of this it is not suitable for people who have difficulties walking.
