La nostra casa è una tipica costruzione medievale cielo-terra con una piccola cortina esterna e un terrazzo panoramico situata a due passi dai luoghi più iconici della città. La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Appartamento di design situato al 3 piano di un palazzo storico a Trastevere. L'appartamento è dotato di 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno con doccia walk-in, ampio salone e cucina a isola equipaggiata con forno e lavastoviglie. Affaccia sul Tevere con vista Vittoriano. Molto ben collegato con tutta la Città risulta ideale per visitare le limitrofe Piazza Venezia, Colosseo, Fori Romani, Isola Tiberina, Bocca della Verità, Campidoglio, Ghetto Ebraico e per godersi il caratteristico quartiere romano.

Al piano superiore una camera da letto con una pertinente cameretta per bambini. Pochi gradini e si accede alla surreale terrazza.

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.
