VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata e presenta sia mobili che elettrodomestici nuovissimi, la casa è dotata di un ampia terrazza, dove poter leggere organizzare una grigliata o bere un caffè il mattino. Il parcheggio è gratuito. Attrezzato con aria condizionata, sono presenti due supermercati vicini.

Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.

The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
