Self contained 3 floor apartment

Perrivale House guest cottage is the perfect place to relax in the beautiful coastal town of Exmouth. Guests have a private entrance, a secure parking space and a delightful well tended garden, ideal for morning coffee. Welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, towels, linen, fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. No kitchen. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

The Honey Bee, in Exmouth Devon No cleaning fees Private annex, consisting of 3 rooms. Bedroom/dining area, super king size bed, or two singles, toilet, shower & kitchen. Front garden, free private parking. Enjoy the welcome pack with food/drink etc to get you started. 1.8 miles to the beach, 1.2 miles to the town centre, close to pubs, bars & restaurants. There’s so much here to see and do. We really want you to enjoy your stay & all that Exmouth & the surrounding areas have to offer.

Please note we now provide all bedlinen! All 5 main beds will be made up. You need your own towels Our caravan is refurbished, equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Too small for more than 4 adults, perfect for families. Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

Beautiful frontline open plan studio apartment, directly overlooking the sea, small beach & estuary in Exmouth Quay. Well-fitted kitchen, new shower room. Patio doors lead from the sitting area to private balcony with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats and beautiful sunsets. Private garage ( permit for nearby car park). Town centre with excellent shops and restaurants and Exmouth’s stunning sandy beach is just a short walk away. Stairs and lift to your accommodation.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautiful 1 bedroom annex, on the Jurassic Coast

'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Self contained apartment with beautiful gardens

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Luxury Annex - Exmouth Beach

The luxurious one bedroom apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment boasts beautiful sea views from double bedroom which comes equipped with modern en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). We would welcome adults only. If its a peaceful beach break you are looking for, you have found just the place. We are within a minutes walk to the beach & 15 minutes walk to town centre. Jurassic Coastal path within walking distance and bus route available.
