Rosa was great was accommodating to our requests. The place is quite central to Surabaya and close to lots of places. House is also very big for the price that you pay!

unit bisa untuk 6 orang yaitu masing² 2 orang di 2 kamar dan 2 lagi di sofa bed. tersedia water heater yang berfungsi sangat baik, ac berfungsi baik dan sangat dingin. check in dan check out sangat mudah. akses ke mall juga sangat mudah melalui lobby apartemen. petunjuk tuan rumah juga sangat memudahkan untuk parkir dan akses apartemen. very good location & very well recommended

This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

Rumah bersih, tenang, fasilitas lengkap, keamanan terjaga, ac dingin dapat Kipas Angin juga, alat masak lengkap, alat makan lengkap kami ber 5, dan sangat lowong sekali. recomended sekali. sebenarnya bukan hanya 5 orang, rumah ini bisa menampung sampai 10 orang krn disediakan karpet juga. Mungkin ada yang pengen kedekatan dengan keluarga dibandingkan dengan hotel, ini jauh lebih nyaman.

The place is great, beautiful, and clean. We love the big yard and the comfortable rooms. Not too far from a big mall. Will definitely come back again.

Had a great one-night stay at this apartment! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and had a stunning view of the city. Super convenient location right inside a mall so food and drinks were just a few steps away. I also really appreciated that I could bring my small pet poodle. The host was friendly, helpful, and gave clear info from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommended!

Initially, I was hesitant to book because I saw a 2star rating mentioning cleanliness. But I decided to give it a try. Turns out, the place was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was convenient for everything I needed. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Complete facilities, clean, and a great location for families. Most importantly: pet-friendly. The area is also excellent for pets, with many parks and a peaceful environment. The host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time.
