Our First floor stylish 2 bedroom property is located close to Sale town centre with links to bus, tram, motorway (M60 and M56) and 15 minute drive to Manchester Airport. Less than 5 minutes walk to Dane Road tram stop and 20 minutes on the tram to the city centre. 10 minutes to Trafford centre, 23 minutes to Dunham park where you get to see deers roaming free. We are close to the Manchester United ground and the cricket ground. The property is located close to the canal for a peaceful walk

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.
