There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. This unique place has a style all of it’s own. One of the oldest houses in the village of Golant. A true secret spot. The Fishermans Arms Pub is only 30 yards away down by the water’s edge. Fowey is a short 10 min drive or you can walk along the path by the estuary. This is a 3 mile, scenic walk which is the final part of the incredible Padstow to Fowey Saint’s Way. In Fowey you will find some wonderful independent shops and eateries and can also enjoy a swim at Ready Money Cove.

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Walking distance to the coast through leafy Cornish lanes - the south west coast path is 1 mile away. Bringing your dog? Friendly well-behaved dogs are very welcome
