Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.

Converted to a high standard with guests in mind, it's the perfect place to enjoy a Cornish break. Enjoy glimpses of Devoran creek and spot whether the tide is in or out in distant views and step straight onto a network of footpaths which criss cross neighbouring farmland.
