Newly converted in 2023, Lavender Cottage, surrounded by lavender bushes, offers a delightful private stay on the land of our family home. The cottage is tucked away down a quiet country lane but within walking distance from the village store and amenities. Offering a small kitchenette, en-suite shower room and separate bedroom. It also has a sofa bed making a small double and a pull out single trundle bed in the living room.

Beautiful barn in rural idyll with hot tub

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

⭐️Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with terrace on cliff edge

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

A short walk into the beautiful city Truro. Excellent choice for business or pleasure . Cosy Nook is located via a private gate with self check in and check out. Stylish & well decorated Superfast wifi, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast items, kettle & TV. On street digital permit parking available. Quiet & peaceful.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.

The Studio at Tremeneth

Just outside the peaceful village of Idless is the Studio at Tremeneth. Quiet, peaceful and secluded, yet only 10 minutes drive from the Cathedral City of Truro and 15 minutes from the surfing beaches of the north coast. Featuring a cosy loft style bedroom with kingsize memory foam mattress overlooking green oak beams and a beautifully finished open plan kitchen and living room. A small shower room overlooks the stream, the wood and a large deck. A wonderful escape...

Trefronick farm, Carriage house

Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.
