Thick stone and cob walls keep this beautiful little cottage toasty in winter, and gloriously cool in the hot summer months. Little Trembraze is set in a woodland glade overlooking a valley. Built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been renovated to include a log burner and air source heating. Perfect for walkers and wildlife watchers, it is a get-away-from-it-all experience. Own entrance and parking, no other property in sight. Just 1 mile from SW Coast Path. Kingsize or single beds.

Secluded location in the village of Mawnan Smith, the studio offers the perfect base to explore by foot the Helford River, its nearby subtropical gardens and award winning beaches.This new, well insulated studio offers a delightful and tranquil outlook into the garden. It includes a comfortable double sofa bed with its own ensuite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin. there is free on street parking on the road and 2 min walk up the tarmac footpath to the house, 5 min walk to pub.

Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Nestled on the AONB Lizard Peninsula just a twenty minute drive from Helston lies the former hotel Tregildry House. Tregildry 2 is a ground floor, one bedroom spacious apartment with a private courtyard. The apartment is dog friendly and surrounded by beautiful walks just off the Southwest Coast Path and only 7 minutes on foot to Gillan Cove. If you don't want to go too far feel free to use our beautiful orchard with magnificent views. This tranquil and remote area is simply exquisite.

If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
