The cottage is tucked away down a quiet country lane but within walking distance from the village store and amenities. Offering a small kitchenette, en-suite shower room and separate bedroom. It also has a sofa bed making a small double and a pull out single trundle bed in the living room.

A luxury farmhouse tucked away up a country lane but centrally based for the North and South Coast beaches and to explore Cornwall. Perfect for a family retreat the farmhouse is tastefully designed to ensure a luxury getaway. There are four bedrooms. Two doubles with ensuite, a twin room and a bunk room (ONLY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14). There are two further bathrooms - one upstairs -one downstairs. A utility room with washing machine + tumble dryer. Private garden with BBQ and hot tub.

Trevispen Bungalow is located in the village of Trispen, 4 miles from the cathedral city of Truro & 5 miles from the surfing beach of Perranporth. It offers room for 8 people; the ground floor consists of sitting room (wood burner), dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, twin bedroom, separate bathroom (shower over bath) & lavatory. An open staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms & shower room with lavatory. Private parking for 3 cars along side spacious grounds.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.

Pine - Oakridge Farm, Near Perranporth, Cornwall

Pine Barn is one of the four holiday apartments within a large converted barn at Oakridge Farm, situated near the village of Goonhavern, just a little under 3 miles from Perranporth, 4 miles from Newquay and 6 miles from Truro. The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor with direct access to a private patio area and a shared extensive lawn garden. The living room-kitchen area is open plan, and the cottage is complete with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
