Secluded ex shop now fully residential has a basement apartment with full kitchen & facilities studio apartment separate bathroom via stairs Tv lounge double bed. Decked sitting area to rear overlooking river canal & ,,waterfall depending on the rain ,,ideal for walkers & Wildlife enthusiasts winter or summer. We are approximately 15 /20 mins walk to Hebden Bridge to the local co-op supermarket or there is a Lidl & Morrisons in the opposite direct towards Todmorden about 10 mins drive away.

We are a popular choice for those competing and spectating in a number of key sporting events in the local area. Headingley Cricket, Leeds marathon and Leeds United are easily accessible. The cottage has a small private garden and it is 5 minuets walk to the centre of town and less than 10 minuets to the Valley gardens and the beach. We are situated on the Cleveland way walk and ideal for a 2 night stay where you can catch up on laundry and rest awhile. There are many restaurants , cafes and bars close by in the town.
