In the heart of the Dee Valley, 5 minute walk from the World Heritage site, Pontecysyllte Aqueduct/canal; & Tower Hill Barns wedding venue; 4 mile canal walk/cycle to Llangollen & 6 miles from Wrexham. The apartment, skirted by a babbling brook, forms the top floor of a converted stable. Detached from but next to our Victorian home. Many pleasant walks & close to Offas Dyke path. Also good for cycling, running, kayaking. Next to bus stop for Llangollen/Wrexham. A dog friendly, quiet spot

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Tyno Isa is a small holding with horses and chickens. Our Shepherds Hut Sleeps two, has a kitchen, electric shower and toilet. Woodburning stove and underfloor heating and two comfy chairs. Outside there is a raised deck with dining and lounging facilities, bbq plus parking. Electric bikes available to hire. 3 miles to Llangollen, 15 mins walk to Pontcysyllte aqueduct, situated on Offa's Dyke. Horse b&b welcome too. Non smoking site

Set in the countryside of Wrexham county, this stone cottage is surrounded by 3+ acres of land & sits next to public woodland for walks. Secluded and peaceful, yet only a 5 min drive to the nearest village, 15 min drive to Wrexham & 30 mins to Chester, Oswestry & Llangollen. Its only 1 hour to the nearest beach! This 3 bedroom cottage offers cosy living for 6 ppl with great views, a piano, outdoor dining and plenty of garden for games & entertaining! 4 night min booking between 15th - 31st Dec.

The Shepherd Hut at The Old Police House

A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three min walk from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.Offas Dyke runs along the towpath .There are two excellent pubs a few minutes walk, post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask

This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.
