Just 5 minutes’ drive to Chester Zoo with easy access to North Wales and the motorway network. 10 minutes’ drive to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Blue Planet Aquarium, and Chester Racecourse. Only a 2-minute walk to Upton Golf Club.

It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. The Shippon, is one of three holiday cottages in our stone built, converted farm buildings. Surrounded by fields and open mountain, which can be explored from the doorstep. The cottage has high vaulted ceilings making it very light and airy but still a cosy place to stay. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table. A mezzanine level provides a perfect location for the king sized bed. Rurally located but close to the A55 giving access to the best North Wales has to offer. Car essential.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.
