This apartment is on the last, 3rd floor of the house and has a beautiful open sea view from the big balcony where you can sit, have your lunch and just enjoy the view. The beach is only 20 meters away from the house, a minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a extendable couch in the living room. Second, smaller bedroom has exit to the balcony. It also has 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV, AC and ceiling fan. One parking space included.

The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.
