Just Bliss is new villa situated in peaceful bay of Stivašnica, only 50 meters from the sea and with spectacular view of the Adriatic. Stylish living room and kitchen complement perfectly with spacious outdoor area with large heated saltwater swimming pool. Wellness and fitness room completes our desire to make your vacation relaxing and fun. This amazing villa with 450 m2 of living space spread out on three levels, consists of 5 bedrooms, terraces with sea view and can accomodate 10 persons.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This modern seaside villa is located by a pretty bay in the picturesque seaside village of Razanj. Lying within a 35 minute drive of Split airport along Croatia’s Northern and Central Dalmatia region, this conveniently located property offers guests easy access to all that the region has to offer in addition to being an excellent spot to spend a holiday relaxing by the sea. The villa is approached through the village of Razanj by road to the parking lot next to the villa. Heated pool at 28°C

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.
