It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment is located on the beachfront area of Razanj. Everything is brand new (2023) and just placed on airbnb. There are 2 bedrooms holding one double bed and two single beds. Perfect for a family stay. There is a cute little balcony with a great view overlooking a bay. Beach is 50 meters away. Free parking is in front of the building.

Very comfy and a bright space. Apartment has four stars. It is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but still really close to the city center. First beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
