Stunning Cornish home by the sea in Crantock

It's a beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and peaceful cottage set in the conservation area of Crantock village with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

Set in a peaceful location with far reaching views of the Cornish countryside and only a few miles to the coast and Newquay. Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside the side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Little Barn is a beautiful 1 x Bedroom Barn, down a leafy in an enclosed garden with 2 x other barns. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.
