Direct access to the beach, renovated 2021, very quiet surrounding, large terraces and garden, barbecue, 3 parking, ideally located on the sea. Fully equipped summer kitchen 30m2 with covered terrace. 2x SUP, hot tub 4 persons, Boat 4,1 m + engine 6HP (01.06-30.09) The property has 790 square meters which is just enough for everyone to find their own "peace of haven".
