Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

Top area. 12 minutes tram (M10) from central station. 4 Bedrooms: 3 with double bed (the double beds have a big blanket and not 2 single blankets) and 1 with 3 single beds. Big kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Note that this is the flat where we live, it's not dedicated only for renting. We cannot remove our clothes from the cupboards or all the food from the fridge.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.
