Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hotel Solitaire. Somit genießt du die Exklusivität einer FeWo mit den Vorteilen eines Hotels: inkl. One room available in my three-room flat. Bellevue S-Bahn Station 5 minutes walk. Room on the backyard, with view on the inner garden. Happy to help with any info on Berlin.
