Rocky Waters is both a seaside holiday home and a tranquil treehouse retreat. Extremely luxurious, spacious, architect designed waterside home with large, enclosed & private gardens on all sides. The elevated position & huge windows flood the house with light and offer panoramic views of the creek, village & valley. Multiple seating areas outside and in, handmade chef's kitchen, log burner, designer furnishings & underfloor heating. Small well behaved dogs accommodated, please ask. WiFi 70 mbps.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, this is a very private coastal detached house standing in its own grounds of about 2 acres running down to the coast, with spectacular views across Falmouth Bay to Rosemullion Head. With plenty of off road parking the 3 bedroom accommodation has ample space to relax with a large conservatory, living room with wood burner, sun room and kitchen/diner. The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Trelowen, self-contained apartment - Helford River

Set in the beautiful creekside village of Port Navas, Trelowen is a self-contained ground floor apartment with step-free access in an Edwardian country house. With 2 acres of sub-tropical gardens to enjoy, contemporary fitted kitchen and bathroom, spacious bedroom, light and airy sitting room and just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and yacht club, Trelowen is a wonderful place to escape to. Hop in the car and you're 7 miles from Falmouth and just minutes from the South West coast path.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Shearwater is a typically cute Cornish cottage with one of the best views around. If you like boats and water you'll love Shearwater, actually, you'll love Shearwater anyway. Situated a stone's throw from Port Navas creek it has its own mooring making it the perfect base for exploring the river. Either bring your kayaks with you, or, there are plenty of places to hire them locally. If you're not feeling adventurous just sit back, relax and watch the kingfisher on the river.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
