It has a good sized lounge with real fire and exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms and a sunny roof terrace. A few steps from the door and you are in the thick of things, with plenty of traditional pubs, restaurants and interesting shops to keep you entertained. A reserved parking space is just a few minutes walk. The SW Coastal Path is close by.

Nepenthe. 2 Private gardens, dazzling views!

One of Polperro's outermost views, beyond the outer harbour walls. A sensational view, both back into the "chocolate box" village, and out to the vast horizon of the sea. Nepenthe is a Grade II listed ex-fisherman's cottage; over 250 years old. Within her lies the quaint living-space of a bygone era: log burners, lower ceilings - and a back wall built into the very Cornish rock upon which she stands. And the peace and quiet of the Nepenthe's location is untrammelled by traffic noise.
