It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

It is a home that gives a warm hug throughout with green fields within a minutes walk and access to.some stunning beaches as well as easy access to Plymouth , Totnes, Ashburton and Dartmoor. There is a real ale pub within striking distance and restaurants close by as well as a public swimming pool. Nearest beach is 20 minutes by car.

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

Cottage, with Inglenook and Waterside+Moor Views

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
