Studio chaleureux de 35 m2 situé au centre d’un petit village provençal. Constitué d’une pièce de vie/cuisine, d’une salle de bain/WC ainsi que d’une buanderie. À deux pas d’un arrêt de bus, 25 mins d’Aix en Provence et 15 mins de Cadarache. Vous pourrez bénéficier des commerces que propose le village et d’une multitude d’activités qui seront accessibles comme le lac de Peyrolles (5 mins en voiture) et ses installations aquatiques, de nombreuses randonnées et la découverte de notre Provence.

Dans une propriété au sein d'un lotissement de 30m² est complètement indépendant de la maison principale, avec un accès autonome. Lumineux et bien équipé, climatisation réversible, il dispose d'un séjour avec canapé-lit, TV et une SDB avec WC, douche et lavabo. Le linge de maison est fourni (draps et serviettes). Le logement est une dépendance privée de la maison principale. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Le voyageur n'est pas autorisé à fumer dans le logement (possible à l'extérieur).
