The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

Perranporth Beach is one of Cornwall's best and boasts the famous Watering Hole restaurant right on the sand.

Our house is a great place to take a break and step away for the hustle and bustle of busy lives. Our house suits all ages and is just a few minutes walk from the coast path and Perranporth beach, perfect to learn to surf, make sandcastles, chill with friends and of course watch the heavenly sunsets. Perranporth Links golf course is just a few minutes drive away and overlooks the beach! Perranporth really has something for the whole family and our house is the perfect base to explore from :)

Self contained flatlet, your own entrance, lounge with fridge, microwave,kettle,and toaster and a TV. Large sofa, table and chairs, plates and cutlery provided. Separate bedroom and shower room. Few minutes walk from Perranporth’s famous surfing beach and close to shops, pubs and restaurants (including takeaways). The golf club is just up the hill. There is a bus stop outside the property. Horse riding on the beach. Ideal for walking the coastal footpath. We have parking for 1 car.
