Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

In questo parco si possono effettuare escursioni adattissime alle famiglie e ai più giovani. Ci sono 53 sentieri per oltre 230 km. A cinque minuti di macchina è possibile raggiungere i bellissimi Laghi di Percile… inoltre troverete a 2 minuti di distanza una piscina pubblica panoramica il costo e’ di 10€ e dopo le 19:00pm aperitivo time

La Residenza si trova al centro della città, in un palazzetto del '600 che ingloba una torre medievale. Il grande appartamento con doppio ingresso è composto dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e studiolo; la zona notte comprende tre camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno, disponibili anche singolarmente. Per la sua posizione e configurazione, la Residenza è particolarmente adatta anche a soggiorni di lavoro.
