Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

Faraday is set above the historic town of Penryn,with far reaching views over the town and estuary towards Pendennis and St Mawes castles.The two bedroomed flat is a 4* visit England self catering holiday accommodation and comes fully equipped for your stay.It is situated close to the Penryn University which is a five minute walk and a short two minute walk to the train station,which will take you to Falmouth which has an array of pubs and restaurants we are also close to a large supermarket

The Cabin enjoys beautiful farmland views with distant sea glimpses. It is located a few meters from a footpath so perfect for country walks from the doorstep. Falmouth 15 mins drive. Shops a short drive as is the stunning south coast. Heated by wall heaters in the two main rooms. If you’re a party of 3 and require the double and two singles made up please make your booking for 4 people. *NOTE: no cleaning fee* This is a quiet, cosy four room separate annexe, perfect for beach goers, walkers, or a base to discover the rest of Cornwall. There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

Modern Chalet style accomodation with superb views across the nature reserve and reservoir. Individual property, self contained with fabulous private gardens. Modern shower room with large double shower. This property is very light, and roomy. Nearby walks around the Countryside and its just a 5 minute drive into the town of Falmouth where we have fantastic beaches, shops, restaurants and all year events. Not suitable for children/infants

TWIN GATES ANNEXE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE & PARKING

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.

A large two bedroom house with views over the historic town of Penryn. Penryn is approx 2 miles from Falmouth and 8 miles from Truro. The house is located within a quiet road with easy access to Penryn Town which, has a host of local shops and pubs.There is also an Adsa, Lidl and Sainsbury within 2 miles. There is ample off road parking to the front of the property for two cars.
