arco, a charming nest for foodies

Arco apartment is part of a stone farmhouse named Tranquigliano, that dates back to 1600. In the family since 5 generations, the building has been meticulously restored in 2019 with the care and attention that it is paid to the house where you grew up. The combination of old and modern created a unique, cozy and quiet atmosphere. We run a Cooking School in the same building and, for long stays you'll be our guests for a dinner. We're in the country side of Assisi, right in the middle of Umbria.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

In the heart of the ancient Roman city of Asisium, between the splendid theater and the suggestive forum, where narrow streets with enchanting gaps run between arches, flowered vases, intertwining staircases, gardens, stone walls, and a luxurious villa still stands. Inhabited since the dawn of time by a noble family, it is still today embellished by a marvelous and large garden with a breathtaking view of the imposing Rocca and the entire deep valley: this is our structure.

I rent the farmhouse exclusively. Extraordinary view with 60 1/2 acres of fenced land. About 500 meters from the medieval village of Bettona, 3 kilometers from Assisi and 19.4 km from Perugia. Splendid swimming pool, production of oil and wine. External masonry barbecue for grilling and pizza oven. Free wifi. Casale Felicia has 30 beds. Sheets and towels not included in the price. Utilities (gas, electricity, water) are paid separately. Weddings are organised.
