The apartment is filled with art and unique interior and features a balcony, a nice patio playground and a Berlin-rarity - a working fireplace. Für Ihren entspannten Urlaub bzw. geschäftlichen Aufenthalt stehen Ihnen 100 qm zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.

Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

All our apartments are located in Prenzlauer Berg with a beautiful neighborhood, where you can find small boutiques, restaurants, bars and the "Mauerpark". The 1-bedroom apartments in this category will host up to three persons. The bedroom has a double queen size bed (160×200), a comfortable foldout bed can be put into the living or the bedroom. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath tab and shower hose.

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. PS: If you look at the reviews, please do not be surprised, we have recently renovated the apartment extensively ;-)
