The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.
