Villa Bareta is newly built, modern and exclusive house, located in quiet part of island Čiovo, 100 m from the beach, 1.5 km from center of UNESCO protected town Trogir, 1.3 km from Trogir Marina and 5 km away from Split airport. The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, an air condition, a balcony and/or patio with sea and pool views. Villa also includes a BBQ and outdoor pool with jacuzzi. The apartment is located in the historical area in the building built in the early years of the 20th century. The apartment of 48 m2 is fully equipped provides a comfortable short or long stay, and Wi-Fi (32Mbps) . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. A pleasant walk through the park takes you, for only 10-12 minutes, to the city center. Bacvice beach is 100 meters away .
