This studio ideally suits a single/couple.( Not suitable for children) Ohope - voted NZs favourite beach - great swimming, lovely walks close by or simply walk down the beach. Close to Whakatane - a great little town with boutique shopping and dining venues. Come and relax or take the opportunity to do charter fishing or trip to Whale Island. ENJOY!

Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. Set on a large beach front site semi attached to my house. Sunny, unobstucted sea views and quiet West End, Ohope beach location. Wake up to the sound of the birds. Parking for boats. Activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, yachting, kayaking, golfing... or just chilling out. 5 minute walk to cafe and boutique shops including an art/craft gallery. 10 minutes drive to Whakatane. An amazing coastal walkway very close.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

The DogBox @ NZ’s favourite beach - Ohope Beach NZ

Our guesthouse is perfectly located at Ohope Beach between Ohiwa Harbour and the South Pacific Ocean - less that 1 minute walk to each. You can hear the ocean while lying in bed :) 'The DogBox' got its name when my dog Cooper (RIP) refused to come into our new house when we built it, preferring to sleep in the guesthouse. New and Stunning Holiday Bach - Ohope

This really stunning holiday home is a brand new 2 bedroom bach right across the road from Ohope Beach. Also available is a Kiwiana type caravan with a double bed which sleeps 2 adults and 2 narrow single beds for 2 small children. Please note the house sleeps 4 the extra sleeping accommodation is in the caravan. You will need your own linen if you wish to use this.
